@pooliothefoolio Already 250 pounds at only 15 years old? Well, maybe Arcidi is gonna' have some competition here......

@MrSchultzstaffel thank you im allready 250 pounds lol big lad but im gonna remember this advice sir
-
@pooliothefoolio When you refuse to do drugs...progress is a lot harder. It comes a lot slower. It's a lot more difficult and you really have to know your stuff and be patient. But the gains that you make are all 100% yours. Their not dependant on what's in a bottle or if your drug dealer came through with the new shipment of dope. And when the dust settles, only one man in the room is truly big, powerful and 250 pounds of solid muscle; and that man is you. The rest are all little children.

@MrSchultzstaffel can't be more rite sir

@pooliothefoolio You'll do yourself a favor by doing so.The weights that you ultimately lift will be lifted by you and only you and not with some form of slight of hand or some gimmick or trick.The foundation of size and power that you build will not be reliant on a ridiculous support mechanism that has no place in sports to begin with.But even more important than that,never fall prey to the lie that performance enhancing drugs have to offer you either.Real men don't need drugs to be somebody.

@MrSchultzstaffel i hope it makes you feel better im 15 trying to gt into powerlifting and im going to aviod all the modern bench shirts,squat suits and gear.
-
@Naturalhit Pretty amazing isn't it? He had more in him...how much I don't know, but each lift was pushed up there with authority...not like some of the "by the skin of your teeth, barely got it up there after 10 minutes" lifts that I'm known for! lol
-
@MrSchultzstaffel I agree. His back is totally flat on the bench too and not arching and his grip is not as wide as today. Plus he doesn't have all that fat to bounce the weight from.

the guy is a titan

what a beast, if powerlifting today was more like this with actually legit lifts unlike 400lb blobs of dough wrapped in steel shirts moving a bar 2 inches the sport would be more universally excepted.
Now why do the guys who claim that they can bench 1,000 pounds today, (some 300 more than Ted here,) don't even physically look like him in even the remotest sense? Ted's muscle-mass literally made him look like a human gorilla but the 1,000 pound bench-press'ers of today are all dough-boys who don't even look powerful at all. Can somebody say, "Too damn many bench-shirts, wraps, gear and gimicks?" You better believe it! Powerlifting today is a joke. Anyone can lift big wrapped-up like a mummy!

@MrSchultzstaffel
Could not have said it better myself bro.. and notice his bench press.. he lets them break it... then takes total control of the weight.. brings it to his chest and back up.. thats the proper way to bench.. Not like these fake bastards today wearing bench shirts and only moving the bar 4 inches.
