The most wasted of all days is one without laughter (e.e. cummings); Laughter is an instant vacation (Milton Berle); Laughter is the sun that drives winter from the human face (Victor Hugo). Laughter was at the heart of this term's writing competition, and Harrison Cole of Year 7 stole the show with his (and his family's) wonderful take on the credit crunch and our beloved newscasters and pundits.
