  • I wish ya the best of luck....I lost 50lbs in a year just by giving up regular soda and caffeine,and some of the junk foods....having a heart attack at 39 had something to do with scaring the weight off also....lol

  • eat at least 6-8 meals a day SMALL meals mind you..but if your really feeling hungry drink water before the meal so you won't stuff yourself. Yes be happy and sometimes you CAN cheat...I know it sounds werid but cheat within reason and don't deprive yourself of carbs you NEED carbs for energy but the majority of your calories should be protein..such as fish chicken you know...Good luck with all the weight loss and keep it up don't lose hope and you'll make it!
