Yet another cyclist that totally ignores the Highway Code. See it every single day. But cyclists will have you believe that 84% of them obey the Highway Code through some totally ridiculous "survey". @47485ksc Here in the U.K. it's perfectly legal and it's called filtering. Even if there wasn't oncoming traffic that kid on the BMX could have done exactly the same. The video poster wasn't in the wrong here - and there wasn't a whole lot he could have done to prevent it.
