i agree...i love mathematics a lot, and in my personal study of the subject, I am sometimes left with chills down my spine when I notice how many of nature's mechanisms seem to follow certain numerical orders...say like...Fabbonacci Numbers (i hope that's the correct spelling...at any rate...)...the so called "Golden Ratio" (often related to what we as people judge things to be astheticly pleasing)...Factorials...prime numbers (the theory of primes is also of interest in quantum physics)...ect.
beautiful fern! i think its interesting how after seeing fractal images like this, nature takes on a new numinousity. there is a sense of design, incomprehensible order, that pervades so many forms.... it makes you wonder if a principle of self-similiarity pervades all the Universe.
