Thanks for this very informative video. I am from Australia and have just bought 3 today. Early bearing, mid bearing and late bearing so hopefully will have blueberries for quite a while during the year! Your explanations were clear and precise and I will use your advice.

Does this same method apply to those very tall bushes you spoke of? I have some that are quite old and never pruned. They are very top-heavy with the fruit on them. I would like to prune them after I pick the berries.
So, I should cut out the oldest shoots to the ground and maybe cut back some of the other long ones?
What will this do to my crop next year?

What about temperatures, how they do with frost?

i've recently bought a small blueberry bush that has produced a few blueberries ( 10-15 berries). after the transplant, the branches have been growing tall but it doesn't seem like more berries are coming. is this a good time to prune(late spring), or should i just let it go a bit? great video, thank you :)

What is the pH of your soil, and how often do you test it? If needed, what do you amend the soil with?

Thanks for this! There is a bunch of bushes in my yard that are about 3.5M tall. They bear good fruit, but it's too hard to pick them, so the berries on the top branches usually go to waste. Do you think it's too late to prune them? (I live in northern GA, where we're already getting tonnes of new growth)
What type and varieties of blueberries do you raise in Europe??

@wolfsberryfarm
In our nursery in Switzerland, we cultivate vaccinium myrtillus and vaccinium cylindrica.
