I had one of these beauties. Yes. Black. Without the fake Continental kit and wheel covers. I got it on Woodward Avenue in Detroit in the summer of '58 and drove it immediately to Nova Scotia. I was never quite the same again! It had the 348cui engine, which was nice performing that year and got 16+mpg. It would run on regular gas if needed. If you can imagine driving this beauty down Ventura Highway and over Malibu Canyon to the coast, you will know where I am coming from!!!

I've seen 58 converts sell for $100k on speed channel auctions. They ain't cheap.

$115 000 and it didn't have the large 300 hp engine? This is a beautiful car but not fully optioned, lacking the big block but you got big block pricing.
