1. We are respectful of the officers' space and only come in close proximity when absolutely necessary(traffic light, stop sign, etc.)

2. We always drive in a "careful and prudent" and never endanger anyone's life.

3.This section only applies to "emergency vehicles" that have lights and or sirens active. We don't try to chase officers responding to an emergency situation.

Also, are you a member of law enforcement, if you don't mind me asking?

Furthermore, your readiness to pervert good law to protect the unlawful & dangerous driving of this officer suggests to me that 1) you ARE a CPD officer, and 2) CPD is indeed full of CORRUPT people who have no qualms misinterpreting the law to cover their own asses. I hope there is a special hell for people like you who abuse their public trust responsibilities. You should be ashamed.
