Cover of Vinnie Moore's Saved by a miracle (Just the electric part). Solo was basically improvised, didn't feel like learning all the runs, and some mistakes, but its not bad.
Check out the real version too, the drum solo in the middle is good.

  • you have the mesa v-twin rack right? I'm hesitating between the studiopreamp wich I stupidly sold and this one... studiopreamp has fabulous clean sound but very rough lead distortion wich is difficult to tam.. what about yours? are you going direct or you have power amp and cab?

  • @smartti1970

Yeah its the rack, I have Vtwin, into TC electronics G major 2, into mesa boogie 50 50 power amp, into marshall 1960 lead straight cabinet....

Ive played through the studio preamp once or twice, and your right it is harsh, suited towards like early metallica thrash metal like stuff off of kill em all. The Vtwin I compare it to a 5150, it has the 5150 feel there but with the mesa growl if you will....

  • ***** VERY GOOD *****
