A tourist said people yelled 'hit the floor' after hearing several gunshots at the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington. Officials said at least 2 people were shot Wednesday. (June 10)

Yes, I WOULD prefer assaults with baseball bats over being shot point blank by some 88 year-old racist! At least people would have a chance to fight back. Yeah, I would prefer that all people had to fear was being assaulted by a baseball bat or a knife! They'd have a hell of a better chance to survive than if they'd been shot point blank. yet another sensless tragedy made possible BY THE GUN. And, GUESS WHAT! We can expect more of this because almost everyone has a gun and at least 1 out every 100 people are CRAZY ENOUGH to use it on an innocent person.
