[Mention] when the youths retreated to the cave and said, "Our Lord, grant us from Yourself mercy and prepare for us from our affair right guidance."
It is We who relate to you, [O Muhammad], their story in truth. Indeed, they were youths who believed in their Lord, and We increased them in guidance.
And We made firm their hearts when they stood up and said, "Our Lord is the Lord of the heavens and the earth. Never will we invoke besides Him any deity. We would have certainly spoken, then, an excessive transgression.
These, our people, have taken besides Him deities. Why do they not bring for [worship of] them a clear authority? And who is more unjust than one who invents about Allah a lie?"
[The youths said to one another], "And when you have withdrawn from them and that which they worship other than Allah, retreat to the cave. Your Lord will spread out for you of His mercy and will prepare for you from your affair facility." 18:10;13-16

i hope you didn't be offended because i asked you who is Allah. i know who is Allah alhamdulilah. khi, people know that Allah is the creator and they know that He's the only one who has the right to be worship, but they don't have tawheed assma wa siffat in their heart. if you want people to love Allah, then focus your lectures on tawheed assma wa siffat.

if you just want to give people some knowledge that they can use to argue with people then do as you please.

Akhee, I have delivered lectures on that topic. Further, did Allaah only reveal of knowledge that which concerns His names and attributes or did he reveal other aspects of knowledge? Are we to learn some and abandon others? Is this what the messenger of Allaah did? Did he not teach people Halaal and Haraam besides telling them about Allaah? Who do I follow?

Brother Abu Mussab, I think the brother asking the question about punishment was talking about hadd. Like getting whipped for zina and stoning for adultery. Is this not in the deen?

Can you do a lecture on Shiaism insha'Allah? I have a couple of Shia friends and I really want to know what's up.. Some people say they're a deviant group cursing the Sahaabah (astagfirullah) and my friends say otherwise. I'm confused.

Salaam Alaikum brother. I was very happy to hear your advise about Al-Madina university. This was my dream a few years back, and did some research, got their number but was unable to reach them from Canada. Don't you already have to be at a certain level of knowledge? And do they admit women?
