im not joking. we already know the CIA was involved in importing cocaine into the U.S. billions worth. not multi million. the government makes alot of money by taking the assets from drug dealers, houses,cars,money, bank accounts, and guns. they take the drugs, and they can easily go under cover, sell the pounds of drugs wholesale back 2 the streets, then keep track of the dealers, and bust them in a few years, take down the entrie operation and take assests again. and make $ w/ private prisions
