Senator Collins has hit the bulls eye on this issue. Her words on constitutional responsibilities of the senate and over sight are right on. She is being reasonable with respect to defining the Czars and the universality of the amendment. It is a non-partisan issue and should be approved. Thanks Senator Collins for pushing this important issue. You are on the right side of history on this.
