Hi - the second lady seen *is* Sally James. Chris Tarrant however is nowhere to be seen! There is paul gambacini and the guy in yellow is just a music 'expert' commentator type person. Lola

Great vid! Does him proud. AND brings back some lovely memories: mostly of traipsing all over the UK to see him in concert (1980/84) and on stage (1990).

He's a UK citizen now.

Thankyou sooo much for posting this..i thought being such a huge fan of his ,(and S&H) that i`d followed him during my teens ,at least ,closely enough to see whatever was shown on tv!LOL..Guess this wasn`t made until a little later ,(hence the footage of david looking older too ) ,,and must`ve been busy having my family!!!:):)

I am aware of this. I also know he was sentenced for it and underwent a treatment programme.

I don't excuse or condone that part of his history, but this video is a record of his music and film origins rather than a pretence at proclaiming him a saint. I'm a little confused as to why you have searched out a video on him just to add these comments, but each to their own. Lola
