it is not "papers"... its "documents"... anyways, nice gesture, still what a false statement from Secretary of State Clinton to refer to the US' southern neighbor in such way, only a couple of weeks after she clearly stated that Mexico was on the edge to become a failed nation-state in a situation that could only be compared to Colombia a couple of decades ago

And our country would be more prosperous, bigger and richer if the United States had not intervened almost the first 100 years of our independence, stealing half of our country, encouraging overthrowing of some of our presidents and invading us three times, finally, the past was left behind, but is good to remember for not repeat it in the future.
