thanks for this video! i'm new to geocaching and only have forerunner 305 (my husband's). trying to find out if it would work for this sort of activity. any tips? :D

@lparanal you'll be able to upload the waypoints on the 305 via your computer, the 405 only does manual input.

but other than that it should work out great! try a few in a local park.

@Ggreenvideos you can download, but not upload. Not very useful if you have a waypoints already setup and want to send to the 405

@TheDropShotMaster depending on how many features you want, the forerunner 210, 305 are good options to look into. If you are going to be training in the water, then the 310 is the only water proof option.
