the conraj rake with WAG-5HR tughlakabad loco overtake the 250 viramgam-valsad passenger train at bilimora railway station. it is a unbleavable overtake by two conraj rake goods trains at utran and bilimora station.
Freight generally ALWAYS gets priority. It is in the mandate of the railways to give priority. However, from time to time this mandate is put aside for the sake of political interests and freight gets sidelined. Recently, as always, IR stated that it gets 80% of its revenue (and profit) from freight. There are as many as 2 dozen freight trains that get priority over the hyped Rajdhanis on the Delhi-Bombay route to facilitate export via JNPT. For those who find it strange, think again.. it's not

Amazing catch !! This must be a S/F freight traffic and that is why it must have been given preference to a passenger service !! Great capture !!
