Had some crazy retaliation procs whilst skilling up my shield so I thought I'd put together a video.
I would do/give anything for a Ridill, though :(

Joyeuse seems to have a higher then usual retaliation rate, eye balling it, i'd say around on 60~70%. Also noticed that low delay weapons retaliate much more often; Seiryu's sword with retal makes it feel like a ridill, hand to hand and dagger have a reasonable rate while great axe appears some what lower. Will eventually do some comprehensive tests on all weapon types, and gear choices.
