Who's the End Time Leader of the Babylonians - 2009

Habakkuk recieved a prophecy from Yahweh about the Time of the End Babylonians. His prophecy included a detailed description of the Babylonian Leader. Who could he be?

Habakkuk 1:6 I am raising up the Babylonians (Chaldeans), that ruthless and impetuous people,

Habakkuk 2:3 For the revelation awaits an appointed time; it speaks of the end and will not prove false.

I do believe Habakkuk was referring to the Chaldeans in this passage. Belshazzar and Babylon fell a prey to Darius and Cyrus.

This was a prophecy directed toward the first Babylon - not the "mystery Babylon" of Revelation.

@Foomer038 If I may, when Babylon is destroyed in the last days there will be no more images(dollars, euros) of the banks(Babylon) so the beast(fallen nation will set up hid image or mark so people can buy sell and trade again. The babylonians in Habakkuk 1:5-6 are the Rothschilds and Rockefellers. Rothschilds bought the inner city of London(The CIty) which reigns over the kings of the earth.

I knew it after watching a couple of your videos. That you knew the USA was Mystery Babylon.
