Here's a bad music video I did when I started college. It seemed like such a good idea in my head, and I worked so hard in setup, shooting and post, but it just didn't turn out the way I wanted due to incompetence on my behalf on just about every step.
I was new to green screening, knew what I knew about noir from looking at movie posters, and had never touched after effects in my life. I used to get bitter over Interpol fans who are apparently the worst people in the world, but to their credit, this isn't exactly the highest possible quality.
Also I chopped the song at one point, sorryboutthat.
this video came pre-judged by someone with "Pimcalladistic Expertise"

Dude people, wtf cares? Plenty of professional music videos have nothing to do with the song.
I really liked the conception of this, like the occasional huge shadow on the wall, and the brief bits of cartoonish effect. It was awesome when that woman's neck got snapped.

Thank you! Thats one of the only positive comments on this video.
Unfortunately I had to cut the song short because I didn't have enough footage and I was too close to due date.
I still think it sounds off because of the missing chuck of the song.
