For a good sweat throw on a hoodie and do some shadow boxing. Great for warm ups or just some extra calorie burn. Practice basic combos over and over. Don't complicate it. Make your punches loose and snappy. Never stop moving. Put the time on 2:00 minutes with a :30 second break. On the break work on body weight squats and romanian deadlifts to strengthen and warm up your legs and core.
