This a foundational 5 Element routine in Chen Tai Chi which covers basic postulatory moves. This set wil also train up your breathing pattern in tandem with the movements, thus engendering basic Qi awareness.

It is also very good for easing out the pains and aches in joints, and helps to regulate your body rhythms.
