i just want to know how to make rice noodles. i dont care to watch asian men dancing with noodles, doing unnecessary flashy shit to try to make a simple dish look complicated! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH@!@

they are not rice noodles !!! they are wheat flour based noodles , rice noodles are made from a runny batter mixture , the noodles he is making are being stretched out from a dough !! doh !!!

definitely not a rice noodle....

glutinous rice does not have gluten, but have soluble starch that gives a glue-like / stickiness consistency.....

trust me, i used to make variety of noodles for a living...

Reminds me of throwing Italian Pizza's in the early days its obvious stretching the dough is what makes them and hey why not get publicity with a show
