Doctors come and Go, I grew to love Tennents portrayal of the famous Time Lord. It always takes time to adjust to a new version.Who ever plays the part has to find a way to make the character his own.

I loved Tennant's Doctor but I can admit this episode was rubbish. Part 1 was building up to an epic finale, but what happened was:

- Time Lords are back!

- Hang on, Time Lords are evil!

- It's ok, Time Lords have gone away again!

Followed by the longest, most drawn-out goodbye scene I've ever scene. Seriously, he's regenerated 9 times before. This isn't the last episode ever. It's just RTD giving himself the biggest goodbye ever, at the sake of a good story.

I loved this episode, it has to be my fave ep of the chris ecleston to the end of david tennants 'rain' of portraining the doctor. Matt Smith is doing a great job at the moment at being the doctor, each time the doctor regenerates someone greater arrives.

exactly! everyone who has played the doctor has brought something new a different to it. as much as i loved David, it had to end eventually and i look forward to what Matt will bring.

Can't wait for part two, this is going to be grand. David stole so many hearts from this generation, and he filled the Doctors shoes with style, but now he will die and be reborn as a new man. Matt, will be the one to take us new adventures and continue the legacy. Good luck Matt Smith.
