Creme Chocolat is amazing, but it is ridiculous to make a "healthy" version of this with egg substitutes and half-n-half. This is meant to be made with egg yokes, creme, and a good quality chocolate. Otherwise, why bother, just go make some jello instant artificially-flavored pudding.

I love chocolate. I wanna make this dish and yet I always mess up and my chocolate pots de creme always turns out slightly bitter and not sweet enough.
Egg substitute??? Why not actual eggs?

@mlleetes By all means, use real eggs. While the traditional whole egg delivers a variety of important nutrients, it also contains 5 g of fat, 75 calories, and a hefty dose of cholesterol—all of which is found in the egg yolk. This is a healthier version of the classic.
