Part 4
Normal POV
Demi: I am gonna have the kids see Joe.
Denise: Alright.
Demi walks down the corridor and everyone knew her very well and the kids and they all stopped her to gawk at the cuties. Demi went to Joe's office and saw his assistant working.
Demi: Ashley is Joe busy?
Ashley: Yes he is very busy so he doesn't have time to see you or them.
Ashley didn't like Demi cause Ashley liked Joe a lot but he wouldn't he even do anything with her cause of Demi and the kids. Whenever Demi came over Ashley gave her a hard time.
Demi: Do you mind checking?
Ashley: Listen he's on an important phone call. Just leave please he's busy and told me let no one..
Nicole: Demi hi.
Demi: Hi Nicole.
Nicole: They have gotten so big.
Demi: I know.
Nicole: You can go in and see Joe if you want, he's not busy.
Demi: really?
Demi looked over at Ashley who was typing away on her computer. Nicole saw her gaze and rolled her eyes. Nicole was Joe's other assistant and also a good friend of Demi's. Nicole opened the door and Demi walked in.
Demi: Your assistant is a real bitch.
Joe: Hello little ears around.
Demi: Sorry but she gets me so frustrated.
Joe: I'll talk to her again. I promise. Now what are you and my lovely children doing here?
Demi: I was grocery shopping with your mom and we thought we would stop by.
Joe: oh well I am glad you're here, cause I have been bored all freaking day.
Demi: Really?
Joe: Why?
Demi: Ashley told me you were busy.
Joe: I'll talk to her.
Demi: Or just fire her.
Joe: I can't do that, she's good at her job as annoying as she is, she's good. I'll give her a strict warning. My kids and girlfriend come first.
The twins opened their eyes and smiled when they saw Joe, Demi moved the carriers in front of him as he picked up Lexie and Demi picked up Lucas.
Joe: Hi babygirl.
Lexie reached her hand out and touched his mouth and Joe gently kissed her palm which made her giggle.
Demi: I think someone else wants their daddy's attention.
Joe looks over at Lucas who Demi was holding. He looked upset and Demi brought him over to Joe who grabbed him with his free arm and held both Lucas and Lexie in his lap.
Joe: Have they eaten?
Demi: Yeah I fed them before me and your mom went shopping. Speaking of your mom, I want to run something by you.
Joe: Alright is this a good thing or bad cause coming from my mom it could be either.
Demi: It's good, or I think it is.
Joe: OK go ahead.
Demi: well..
Before Demi could say another word out Ashley walked in the door and Demi just rolled her eyes. Lexie and Lucas stayed in Joe's lap playing with his fingers.
Joe: Yes Ashley.
Ashley: You need to sign these.
Ashley dropped the folder onto the desk.
Joe: Anything else?
Ashley: Yes. You also need to go through these papers and then send them to your father.
Joe: Fine. If that's it you can leave. I need some time alone.
Ashley: Fine.
She walked off but not before glaring at Demi and closed the door kind of hard which made the kids cry.
Demi: Aww did daddy's assistant scare you.
She said as she took Lexie from him and patted her back as Joe did the same with Lucas. Then they heard Ashley through Joe's speaker phone, Ashley must have had her arm or something on the intercom button and they could hear her talking to her friend.
Ashley: Can they keep the little brats down I am going to get a migraine from those two little pains and his girlfriend is such a whiny little bitch she thinks she can come in here and do whatever the hell she wants. Oh please. God what the hell does he see in her she is not good looking at all.
Joe eyes widened hearing Ashley through the phone speaker. He was furious and he placed Lucas in the carrier. He pressed the button to call in Ashley.
Joe: ASHLEY OFFICE NOW!
A couple minutes later Ashley walks in.
Ashley: yes.
Joe: You're fired.
Ashley: What? Why?
Joe: Because I heard your whole conversation with whoever you were talking on the phone with, how dare you call my kids brats and my girlfriend a bitch you have no right whatsoever. Grab your stuff and leave. You will get your last paycheck in the mail.
Ashley: But this..
Joe: But nothing leave.
After Ashley left the office in tears Joe and Demi went to go talk to his dad about it and then to lighten his mood, Demi and Denise told him the great idea they had and he was all in for it. Which made Demi happy cause she wanted the weekend alone with Joe.

oh my goodness! ugh! Ashley is such a bitch and deserved to be fired. She brought it all on herself! She was awful! I wouldn't care how good she was at her job, her attitude and personality kill that. She should have been professional! asdljflk well I am glad Joe fired her!
