@boddahchris I TOTALLY AGREE WITH YOU ABOUT THAT...

Tip 27 should be DONT fill your tank unless absolutly essential i.e a long Journey my cars petrol tank when full weighs just under a Quarter of a ton. Whats the Point if you are driving locally and Hauling all that massive weight around which coincidentally makes the engine work harder and wears out your Brakes and Gearbox faster. Opening your window when driving actually creates drag which increases your consumption.

Tuned?
K&N airfilter? Sports-exhaust?

for me running a 50 percent blend of ethanol has saved me allot of money. i hope to convert my car someday. I would be careful running E85 in heaver vehicles do to the gas millage difference it doesn't always pay. I have a 2006 Kia spectra 50 percent works grate.

tip 20; you alredy said that

you forgot 1
try not to cross to other countries in a car, like the MEXICO / USA borders, it actually takes sometimes up to 3 hrs to cross, breaking and accelerating.
in the summer its the shit.

Tip 5... opening your windows causes drag and you'll probably use more petrol than just turning your aircon on!?
Tip 19... You shouldn't fill up anyway! keep your tank at 30%, that way you don't pay to carry all the extra weight of the fuel around!
and tip 18 is a good suggestion, if you live somewhere hot wait till night to fill up, petrol is more dense at night when its cold so you get more out of the pump!

its true..more of the fuel vaporizes at daytime, and thus less in your tank.
-
tip 18 is bullshit
-
Tip 18 is false. It doesn't matter day or night. The temperature doesn't flex enough to make ANY difference.
the media keep saying D....pick D!!!
the media have been calling the bottom of the market since February so they must be right....LOL

One tip I hear about is not pulling the trigger at the pump all the way.. If you pull the trigger half way.. you create less bubbles during fill up... therefor getting more gas than air/gas..
thanks myspace... great advice =)
