Chapter 44

(Justin's POV)


I heard the ambulance sirens getting louder and louder as they approached us. Luckily enough i didn't feel pain anywhere in my body, i just had a few minor scrapes and bruises, obviously the airbag in my car steering wheel and set of and saved me. Thats when it hit me. Alyssa. I turned my head next to me and there she was just laying there unconscious. Her head was bleeding badly, there was blood coming from her mouth and nose. I looked her up and down and thats when i noticed that there was a piece of glass sticking out of her stomach. Her dress was bloodstained severely. I called out her name but there was no response. I opened my demolished car door and ran round to her and opened her door. I undone her seatbelt and lifted her out of the car onto the floor. Her body as completely limp and floppy, her skin felt a little cold too. I started to panic. I ignored the blood around her moth and gave her mouth to mouth, still no response.

Justin: "DONT YOU DARE LEAVE ME. DONT YOU DARE. WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO WITHOUT YOU?"

That's when the ambulances showed up, they immediately ran over to us and put Alyssa on a stretcher then wheeled her into the back of the ambulance. I got into the ambulance with her and the paramedics hooked her up to all sorts of machines whilst the other checked me over and cleaned me up.

We arrived at the hospital and Alyssa was rushed into theatre leaving me to wait impatiently while they tried to save her. I had tears running down my cheek, i was just praying that she would be okay.
I then realised i needed to call my mum and Alyssa's mum to inform them of what had happened.

Less than 15 minutes later My mum, Alyssa's mum and Kacie and Chloe came running down the corridor of the hospital. All of them hugged me and we waited as the hours went by, hoping for some good news from the surgeon.

It had now been 3 hours since Alyssa had first been operated on when the doctor walked out of a room and headed towards us.

Alyssa's mum: "Is she okay?"

Doctor: "We managed to remove the glass from the wound and stitch her up. However she took a severe blow to the head and there's no telling what sort of damage it could have done. We think there may be a chance of internal bleeding in the brain but we cant be sure at the moment until we have the scans back."

Alyssa's Mum: "Oh my goodness, is there a good chance she will recover?"

Doctor: "Its 50/50 at the moment, the next 24 hours will be crucial."

Alyssa's Mum: "Okay than you doctor."

Justin: "Can we go and see her?"

Doctor: "She is very week at the moment, i recommend only one person be aloud in to see her at the moment."

I looked at Alyssa's mother. She gave me a nod signalling i could go in and see her.

I slowly walked towards the door and pushed it open.
I gasped when i saw her, every inch of her was bruised and covered in scrapes. Her head looked the worst, she had a bandage wrapped tightly around it from where she had hit her head and along with that she had a black eye and cuts all over her lips and cheeks.

I took a seat next to her and held her hand.


Okay so the next chapter will be the last chapter of this story :) haha i know it was sorta a short story, but i might make like an epilogue after the last chapter is up. But i have a lot more story ideas that are a different from other stories. so you can look forard to that :)
