The passing truck is supposed to wait until it is safe to pass.
The pickup truck, not a car, was being operated by a man in his late 40's/early 50's.
I am not sure that anyone can explain to you just how much of an idiot you truly are. You are challenged by common sense and seem to have issues with women. See a specialist before posting next time.

@omgitsaaron I can understand your feelings but don't paint all truck drivers with the same brush. Recently an O/O had a head with a person driving a car that entered the oncoming lane, forcing the traffic off the road & on to the shoulder or in the ditch. The O/O tried to come to a stop but the 4 wheeler kept on going and smashed head on into the O/O's truck causing a fire which burned the O/O's truck to the ground. Should he hate all 4 wheelers because of the grief 1 idiot caused?

@waynerd23 I phoned them at the time and was told they don't have any trucks. The woman that I talked to believed that they dealt with a person who hired the trucks independently.
