Ok, now we can continue the mission "Blade of Resolve"
First of all we must use the defibrillator and revive the patient and then we can start the real operation.
This operation is not tough and i can say that the XS is pretty easy.
We just need to learn how to recostruct the ribs and do it as fast as we can.
If you finish it in less than 5 minutes you can get even some *Goods* and still get an XS.
I'm not sure about the cut-off but it probably could be around 18,500.
