Does anyone know if there is a recording out there of their August 1982 concert at Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia, Maryland (just outside of D.C.)? I was fortunate enough to have been there and would love to have one. Thanks!

This is ridiculous!! How can someone sing like this?
It´s pretty fair that Dio be recognized as the most gifted singer of history of Rock and maybe of all styles.

What happened to your comment? Oh well, I took the liberty of reposting it below so everyone can see what kind of asshole you are.
This was my fav. Dio era song.... and I KNOW they did it. I don't give a shit what recordings you have.
Well, if you don't give a shit, then stop showing up to this one and bitching about what you obviously are misremembering.

@Winonasalibi I know what you mean. This is my favorite ALL TIME song. I would remember it too. They probably played it. Some of those bootlegs don't have the entire show and sevaral other people are saying they heard it also.....

fortunately, this song was played again at the high voltage festival 2010... sadly the last concert ever for Heaven & Hell, with Jorn Lande on vocals... RIP Ronnie James Dio

Perhaps somebody knows why this was played so seldom...such a great song

Nunca entendí porque esta canción no la tocaron mas veces en vivo. Al igual que la de Slippin´Away son fantasticas y debieron quedar fijas en el set list pero no pueden meter todas aunque la de Voodoo nunca me termino de agradar pero...
Are the recordings complete?

@TurtleFL
By all accounts, yes. It's the same setlist night after night. Sabbath was never a band that did any surprise encores or anything of that sort. The people below don't have a clue what they are talking about, as well-intentioned as they are.

I saw them in San Diego on their Mob Rules tour and they played this song. So the guy that stated they did not PROVE IT!

Well they didn't play it at Long Beach, Phoenix, UC Davis, San Francisco, or Ingelwood...recordings exist of all of those 1982 shows. Why would they play it at San Diego?? Again, I think it's a case of misremembering. I can't prove it because there's no recording, but a distant memory doesn't qualify as proof either. All there is is overwhelming evidence to suggest that they didn't play it.

You are so right they MUST play this song again.....
I did see them do it though in Long Beach... I'm possitive of that.

There's a recording of the Long Beach show in existence...this song wasn't played. Four of Sabbath's 1982 shows from California exist as AUD recordings and NONE of them have this song.
