Click to Cast: Clique (Amazing with Grid)
Graphical Alert around Character: Power Auras Classic (Used to put graphics around character with a timer showing Serendipity and Surge of Light procs)
Unit Frames: Xperl
Bars: Bartender
Raid Alerts: Deus Vox Encounters
Cooldown Timer: ForteXorcist (Also does spell timers to left of character)
Healing/Damage Meter: Skada
MiniMap: Sexymap

If you are looking at a normal "Healing Meter" Disc priests aren't going to top it if they are with healers around their same gear level. To accurately measure Disc Priests healing I would recommend -GuessedAbsorbs- for recount or the equiv. for Skada. That tracks about how much damage the priest is preventing from happening via bubbles, divine aegis, renewed hope, inspiration etc. etc.

He did it as Disc, so he likely didn't top the healing meters -Disc does alot of preventative work. As to specc, look it up.
