@gigglzish after a little research I would have to conclude that the Star Destroyer would win, despite the fact that some Star Trek technologies (eg. teleportation) could indeed be utilized as powerful weapons. The sheer size of the Star Destroyer (roughly 20 times the mass of the Voyager) along with it's attack wing of 72 Tie Fighters would virtually guarantee victory. That is, of course, unless all the gunners attended the Imperial Stormtrooper Marksmanship Academy!

@gigglzish I made an error in my estimate the other day so I'll explain: I'm assuming that the two ships have about the same density. Linear dimentions and mass have a cubic relationship. A ship 2 times as long as the Voyager would have 2^3 = 8 times its mass. The Star Destroyer is 4.6 times as long as the Voyager(Wikipedia), giving it 4.6^3 = 97 times the mass. Wikipedia also listed the Voyager as 700,000 metric tonnes, so the Star Destroyer would weigh in at a whopping 68 million tonnes!

@gigglzish Dude Voyager is smaller than the Enterprise,which is a little bit bigger than the Tantive 4 and we all know what happened to that ship,so the Star Destroyer could run over Voyager and think that their hyper drive backfired

@MeticulousMitch Actually, engagement range is probably the most important factor, next to acceleration (or absolute top speed, if the engines are reactionless drives producing pseudo-velocity).

Of course, this is assuming weapons and defences that are roughly comparable - otherwise it all comes down to an endless debate on whose supertechnology is the best. Still, on a relative scale of power, ST is pretty low but features plenty of flexibility, while SW is high-powered and straightforward.

Really nice model.One thing that must be added for sure is the bridge of the SD.Just look at the video ''Star Destroyer Crash''.The bridge is very good shown there(because the rockets go straight in it :D).

@MeticulousMitch - Not forgetting the 120 weapons batteries and the 10 (I think it is) missile or torpedo launchers! The Star Trek galaxy ships are designed for speed and manoeuvrability, star destroyers are built to stay put and slug it out in a face to face battle! Voyager and other ships wouldn't last! They just aren't designed to handle the firepower that a ship a mile long can unleash on them in a very short space of time!
