~Here's a super brief video about some of the small steps I took in the very beginning to get on the right path! These are very BASIC steps...I will continue to update more and more things you can change to get your body operating in its optimal state. If anyone has any questions about anything...don't hesitate to ask! I'm out of town in a few days for two weeks but I'll do my very best to respond! Hope everyone is well~~xo!~

  • Hi! Thanks so much for your videos, you seem like such a nice person who really genuinely wants to help others. My question is, I know you mentioned The Makers Diet (My Mom actually has that book ^_^), but in your videos you say you did a lot of research and I was wondering if you read any other books or found any really good websites to learn about eating better? So far, I have really found results for the kind of healthy eating I'm looking for (besides your videos). Thank you! =D

  • @Fayleke ~thanks so much! that book is a great starting point to get a great understanding of how our bodies work and what it needs to function in an optimal state! i also speak to many people in the raw food world when i have a chance to meet w/them...i constantly try to educate myself :)! i'll keep passing along the info as i learn more and more!! hope you're having a great week!! xo!~

  • Thank you soo much!! Im only 14, Im naturally extremely skinny, and I want to get into better eating/excersize. Im a vegetarian so its hard.. I was wondering if you could make a video about your "weekly/daily" routine...like, what kinds of things you eat for all 3 meals, how much you excercise per day, etc. I really just want more energy! Im always tired and that makes me less of a hard-worker at school, etc. THANK YOU, you are incredible!!!
