Parkour shoes review

my first video ever on youtube. leave me a comment let me know what u think and what kind of shoes you use. i would be happy to do tutorials on parkour or free running moves. i guess i could just take them on my phone. But i cant do any spins like corkscrew or that kinda stuff. feel free to request a tutorial or advice

I have pumas which don't have much padding,good,are flexible,good,breathe well,good, and last a long time. I have had mine for about a year and a half and they are just now starting to wear off.

I use the nike cortez there awsome good grip best cushionin and grip lastes About 9 months but ive had mine 4 two years so far grip still good great for high impact with these shoes ive jump of 25ft and didnt even feel it and only 30 bucks

i had the kswiss ariakeII. they were really confortable,great grip-but it weared down quick.

good cushioning but not so great for high impact.

lasted about 9 months.:)

ive tried the free runner ut the shoe that works best for me was the five ten warhawk the grip and comfort i thought were much better
