the whole reason to play in a master class is to learn.If do not want the weaknesses in your playing exposed,or even experience some humiliation don't play in a master class.regardless of the master's attitude who ever it is.If you do not have any problems why are playing in master class anyway?

Oh bullshit. There's no Universal rule for MAster Classes.

The point should be to HELP the student not an ego blast by the teacher.

My way or the Highway is a rude way to treat a student who worked his ass off to get to this point.

Segovia couldn't be different. He was the only one. When you are the absolute "king", you think that what you do can be done only in the way you do this.

@GTCooper223 Si alguien puede ser egoísta ese sería justamente el Gran Andrés Segovia. Y en respuesta a Barrios, parafraseo lo que el Legendario Segovia dijo alguna vez. "En comparación con Ponce y Castelnuovo, él (Barrios) no es un buen compositor para la guitarra".

Quisiera escuchar a alguien, aunque sea de los menos estudiosos de la guitarra (es decir los adoradores de Barrios), decir que Segovia en comparación con cualquiera no es un buen guitarrista.

A VECES SE CRITICA A SEGOVIA,TAL VEZ HOY HAY GUITARRISTAS CON MAS HABILIDAD ,PERO SEGOVIA SACABA EL ESPIRITU DE LA GUITARRA ,LO QUE SE HA PERDIDO PORQUE MUCHOS GUITARRISTAS SE DEDICAN AL VIRTUOSISMO Y NO LOGRAN EXPRESAR A PLENITUD LO QUE SE PUEDE HACER CON UNA GUITARRA.
