Hey guys, David here from nintendo 3ds blog dot com and I just want to say up front that I'm not going to start ranting on a regular basis on this channel. But after my video about the Sony NGP got an interesting response I thought I should clarify a few things.

Now, I thought this was clear enough based on the content of the video, but I was really just trying to make some lame jokes. I don't actually thing the NGP sucks. I even said in that video that I was probably going to buy one.

I really thought the whole Robocop-Jesus riding Godzilla thing would have given it away, but people seemed to gloss over that part, and then took personal offence to me saying that the NGP was a little boring.

I even used that exact phrasing, "a little boring." That's not inflammatory at all. That's some of the most harmless criticism that can ever possibly be spoken.

The only way I could have been less critical is if I'd baked some cookies, sat the NGP down for a non-threatening chat, and offered kind words of encouragement like "you can do it" and "don't worry, you're not that fat."

But based on my track record of being misunderstood, I have a feeling that talk would have got really weird really quickly, and then the police would have got involved, and then I'd have to hide-out in Mexico, maybe become a bull-fighter.

Maybe I should become a bull-fighter?

Basically, it'd be a lot a work and I'm Australian, so I'm not going to put effort into anything other than subtle forms of racism and syllable conservation.

Anyways, seeing as a bunch of people misunderstood that original video, I thought I'd clarify a few points because there was a layer of truth hidden under the seemingly failed attempt at humour.
