BattleOversoul spawns in the Necrohol for only six times. The player slays 20 foes for the first one to appear, then 15 more for the second, and 10 more, and 5 more, and 3 more, and finally 1 more for the sixth spawn. Unlike other enemies, Oversoul can cross map boundaries; the only way to deal with an Oversoul is to either kill it or zone out completely.
