omg when he was explaining the school requirements your face was priceless, and when you guys started playing operation I nearly fell off my chair laughing. A doctor of chiropractic is trained to determine when referring to a different provider for further management or co-management is in the best interest of the patient. MDs are not the only "real doctors". There are optometrists, dentists, osteopaths, chiropractors, veterinarians, naturopaths, psychologists and now physical therapists.

Diagnosis, Spinal Manipulation, therapeutic exercises, rehabilitation, clinical nutrition, biomechanics, lifestyle management, physical medicine, preventative medicine are all part of chiropractic today. chiropractic os not a treatment modality. @frantahouska I'm unsure I'd relate chiropractic to voodoo...but, if it works for that percentage of people...does it matter? If it doesn't work for them, they can always try their M.D. or try something like physical therapy or acupuncture.

@frantahouska Of course chiropractors are not medical doctors. We are not licensed by the medical board. (at least in most states.) Chiropractors are chiropractors and medical doctors are medical doctors.
