Sorry, but that was the most dangerous demonstrations I've ever seen. With the wheels turning towards you like that, a small irregularity in a wheel could catch the knife and thrust it into your body. It you're unlucky enough to have the tip pointed towards you, the wound would almost certainly be lethal. I once forgot to turn around a grinder and had a 9" Bowie shot into my stomach. Fortunately, the blade wasn't facing me and so I avoided being stabbed.

Wow that’s fast. Looks like he doing a good job. Some comments say he’s turning the blade into the on coming turn but he’s not. Click on my name to see a not so fast way to sharpen.
