People please stop using Kid Buus blast to try and explain that Goku can't block a 10X earth busting attack. Goku was already weakened after fighting Buu for so long and didn't eat any Senzus. Goku already proved his energy can bust over 10 planets as a regular Super Saiyan when Babidi measured 3000 Kili before his measurement tool broke from the strain and Goku didn't even tire his Super Saiyan form out yet and even fought Majin Vegeta after that.

About Cell capable of destroying solar system, many people said that it's just a bluff since he never destroyed one and his kamehameha only made a giant crater when it collides with Gohan's kamehameha. Doc, May I listen to your explanation about this? Thanks.

@gransveld Two reasons. 1. The same convenient reason the planet isn't always demolished when ANY cosmic energy blasts collide (including in Thor, Silver Surfer, Captain Mar-Vel, Green Lantern, Captain Atom and New Gods).

2. Dragonball characters choose to fire wide arcing beams or thin concentrated beams or just solid balls wait to disperse or fully explode when they choose.

3. Goku and Gohan trained to use their full power without wasting KI or having to carefully hold back.

@gransveld 2. I just noticed after watching a lot of episodes and fights

3. Vegeta told #18 he had to hold back or he'd destroy Earth. Super Vegeta and Trunks couldn't get stronger without draining more Ki, endangering the planet and being hot headed.

Goku explained to Gohan how they would train ballance. All fights after that are less destructive

Uh Goku CAN'T stop a 10x planet buster, the reason why is because he certainly can dish out a 10x planet busting attack but does that mean he can stop one? This is going by the Buu saga's definition of planet busting too and Goku had barely used that much energy when he went to Earth after being revived by Elder Kaioshin.

@brono25 Yes in the english anime dub that was stated by Goku, going of that version Instant Transmission is only the speed of light.

@brono25 Instant Transmission is teleportation, it can also phase into other planes of existance. It is virtually infinite speed, therefore much Faster than light. The only problem is with IT, the user has to lock onto a chi signal to use it, and it was also shown that the distance matters too. IT is a very flawed technique and that is why Goku hardly used it during fights. If he uses it he is a sitting duck for the several seconds he needs to focus for.

@laahah1 No, nobody in DBZ can move at the speed of light, expecially Radtiz. It takes light 1.4 seconds to travel from the Earth's surface to the moons and Raditz barely dodged an attack that took several seconds to hit the mountain which was a few kilometers behind him. It also took Goku 6 months to travel 1,000,000 kilometers, which means he was'nt even moving at 1% of the speed of light. You can think they are FTL but they are'nt, they have never moved at such speeds.
