For #33:

1st floor, 1 power box on the support strut

2nd floor, as you exit to take the elevator to the next level head left instead, in the first room you come is a power box on the right hand wall.

3rd floor, in the area without the elevator call button along the right hand wall after destroying the breakable wall

4th floor, in the room with the green laser barrier on the right hand wall & in the room beside the one with the call elevator button, just use Ben's smash rather than jumping over

You need to smash all the power boxes on every floor in the Silo. They will be hidden, just smash them and if you get all of them on each floor, the door will be open. Some open doors, the ones you need to smash don't do anything. There is only 1 on the bottom floor.
