@dilmilgayejabhumtum I agree that songs should reflect the feelings of a person or the mood of the occasion. At the same time, I think that a wedding is a very special occasion. When you are celebrating it traditionally, why not delve deep into the rich treasure trove of Bangla songs for the special occasion? Call me traditional or outdated, but Bangla songs would be my first and last choice for a Bangla wedding. Hindi songs are good too. But those can be set aside for a more appropriate time.
