It's a norwegian band and they wanted to call their band for turboneger not turbonegro. Wikipedia FTW

Their name isn't Turboneger, and the the translation isn't a cryptoracist nor "fast black" sentence. A Turbo negro is a swimming costume specially appreciated by gay and northern europe's turists in Spain (also by amateur playboys). In Spanish (the language of their name) negro doesn't have the meanings you're finding in english, negro means just the colour, and also the blackmen, but it doesn't have a peyorative meaning, can be an insult only in a racist context. ¡Viva Turbonegro!
