Animas Forks, Colorado - Ghost Town, San Juan Mountains

This is a look at Animas Forks, a former mining town and current ghost town outside Silverton, Colorado.

Animas Forks is where the Jeep roads Engineer Pass Road and Cinnamon Pass Road come together. Also nearby are Hurricane Pass and California Pass, as well as many MANY old mines.
