Al Swift(A puppeteer, comedy writer and live on camera performer on"Howdy Doody")and the first sea captain host/performer on WPIX TV Ch.11 NYC's"Popeye Show"does the voices for this "Terry Tunes"cartoon.
As well as I know...when this vignette *does* get screened at cartoon conventions, Either U.S. or overseas, you *can* see this in it's Full Wide-Screen CINEMASCOPE Glory! *Definitely* if ya make it to *any* convention in Europe.
That is the best depiction of a psychiatric/pointy-head doctor ever created.

I love the Stravinsky-like music in this film. Gene Deitch always has the most interesting music scores in his cartoons.
