    I'm glad they edited it out. For me, this ruins it. When I saw it as a kid, it was a bit scary. I always thought he puts his hand up to the guy's chest, says his thing and the heart pops out into his hand which was kind of freaky. If I saw this version, where he puts his hand up to his chest and then rips through an obviously fake rubber chest to rip out the heart, it wouldn't have any effect on me.
