Dog poo & 2Pcso's

I've been having trouble with a neighbours dog shitting on my driveway. I've caught it twice & a friend saw it shitting once but, i've never caught it on film. I've made the owner clean it up twice. It gets annoying just having to give the woman a knock to tell her to clean it up. A few times i've bagged it & thrown it into her garden. But i then thought "Why should she get a free bag?" So the past few times i've dropped it into her garden, just letting her have it back. Today when i returned home, waiting for me was yet another turd.
Pcso 7203 starts the conversation at 2:34 saying that i had been to her property and been 'quite aggressive', and that she's upset about it.
The Pcso on the right said at 6:47 with a big smug smile "Its the way you spoke to the children. Her daughters terrified. You might want to bear that in mind". She there, is accusing me of being threatening.
So me asking the girl "Is your mum in?" is threatening, is it, really?
On the second visit at 9:44 Pcso 7203 says that i "didn't say..." I should have let her finish that sentence. She was about to say i hadn't been threatening. So, we all now know that i wasn't threatening. Maybe the dog owner got a bit dramatic when she reported me.
This statement may sound sexist but, f'cking women sticking together. How f'cking typical!!! The Scottish Pcso had already in her head decided i was guilty.
Fining the woman isn't going to solve the problem. I don't want the woman out of pocket because she has 2 kids to bring up. Times are hard enough as it is thanks to that twat Cameron.
Pcso 7203 could be a dinner lady in disguise. Too nice and caring to be Revenue collections officer wannabe. She loves to chat doesn't she. She's actually ok coz she's sorted out a lot of parking wars & dog shitting problems in the street. Never dealt with her before. She doesn't come over as one of them Jobsworth knobhead tossers you get pretty much everywhere.
I'll stop her & give her a hug sometime.
I like the final clip where she is escorted by the 2 Pcso's to pick up her dog shit. F'cking brilliant. She complains to the Police about me, and then comes off the worst. Silly woman. Glad she phoned them though.

And at no point did they try to make me contract with them. I wish they had, then i could have seen how much more i've learned since the Police stopped me.

Just watched it back now, boy oh boy did she run me into the ground. Well done lady, coz i'm one stubborn mutha fooka.
