  • What's the Bandit 12 like to handle. Thinking about getting one. Is she hard to hustle around the bends?

  • Handles really well.Hustles round the twisties real good.I have fitted GSXR 750 front end and upgraded the rear shock.Handled fine as standard but is even better now!

  • Hi Bud thanks always for replying to my questions. Much appreciated. I'm thinking about getting a B12 but i was talking to a guy and it said its a pig to handle. He said it doesn't want to go around bends at all it wants to keep going straight. What do you think?

  • No problem with bends at all. Handles well.If 4/5 years old will probably need new rear shock, Hagon £235.Why dont you join Oldskool Suzuki forum, loads of good info on there.

  • It's a cut down ART carbon fibre oval!!

  • who gives a fuck.

  • Gday!

    96 1200 Bandit here.

The bike is absolutely bullit proof!

Slipping the clutch to mono it cost me the gear selector.

If ya buy a Bandit and its hard to select nuetral... be warned.

Otherwise, best bike I've ever owned and ridden!!!

  • moi, la mienne, elle roule.....

  • Buy a gixxer and make it a streetfighter!

The gixxer is lighter than the bandit, and it will handle better in the twisties..

  • In 2000 suzuki changed the geometry to make the bike handle better for racing. Some people still like to use jack-up plates at the rear to get even sharper steering. I found it made the bike too twitchy for my liking though. Mine is now back to standard and I think it handles fine. It's not as sharp as a sports bike though, obviously.

  • i own a b12 and ride with friends who have gsxr cbr etc... my bandit keeps up with them damn good. power everywhere is the best part.. no downshifting.
