The inversion table is great. I suggest that everyone with poor posture use one. The inversion table is perfect for passive exercise and the back, the hips, feeling better. They sell for under $100 now. I like the song believe it on not. Everyone have a great 2011.
Thanks for the post... cool video & music! I hope to be ordering one soon! I am going to the back cracker now, has been a BIG help in my life (Im 42yo), I think an inversion table would be another great asset! The fact it folds up and tucks away is a plus!
I also have the numbing It helps very much if my nerve isnt being pinched to bad that day. Cold days worse then others . My feet go numb and tingle ,depends how I am positioned. I should be getting a steroid injection to the spine
I have an L5 fusion, and still have a pinched nerve somewhere (L4/L5) More numbing than anything else. Goes away when I lay down, has to be pressure based. Wondering if an inversion table will help. I have spinal stenosis too, so I know the pain you're going through on a daily basis. Best of luck.
